Despite, me booking a hotel for '2 adults' they then quickly argued its for 2 guests even though my booking confirmation is for 2 adults on the hotel. They sent us back and forth to EasyJet saying it's my fault for the 'infant' being put on, not an adult and that it's not for them to solve. Loveholidays now has no where I can call since my holiday is not in 4 weeks so I have to have a text conversation with them instead. I then get a confirmation email a day later with our flights saying 'adult and infant on lap'. “I booked a holiday for 2 adults with inclusive flights, paid extra for transportation, bags and for us to sit together (all pretty standard). The lack of responsibility, concern for guests' safety and well-being, and inadequate response to complaints is unacceptable" The hotel's response was inadequate, and their offer of a plate of fruit as an apology is unacceptable.\r\n\r\nOverall, I had a terrible experience at Royal Lagoons Aqua Park Resort and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of concern for guests' health and safety is unacceptable.\r\n\r\nIn addition, there were several faults in my room, and although I reported them, nothing was done to resolve the issues. Despite reporting the incident, the hotel denied any knowledge and provided excuses instead of taking responsibility for the safety of their guests.\r\n\r\nFurthermore, the unsanitary conditions at the hotel led to sickness and diarrhoea during my stay, and the repetitive and unhealthy food served at the hotel made it necessary to eat outside, incurring additional costs. The hotel's response to my complaints and safety concerns was unsatisfactory and dismissive.\r\n\r\nThe path to our accommodation was unfinished and unsafe, and my daughter fell and injured her knee. "I recently stayed at the Royal Lagoons Aqua Park Resort, booked through Love Holidays, and had a terrible experience.
